Introduction
Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC) annually organizes Educational Film Festival to nurture, encourage and recognize the excellence in educational video program production in its Media Centres, other educational institutions, individual producers / directors and media houses in the country. The journey started in the year 1988 and since then the journey continues. The Festival is open for national and international participation wherein Universities, Academic Institutions, Educational Institutions, Private Institutions and individual producers / directors of educational programs within and outside the country may send their entries.

INVITING ENTRIES:
Entries are invited for Film(s) in prescribed format from individuals, media houses, mass communication institutions, & media institutions for 27th CEC-UGC Educational Film Festival. The Film(s)/Documentary(ies) should have been produced either in Hindi or English and in case it being in other language it should be subtitled in English. Please note that only one entry is permissible in each category. The entries should accompany filled in prescribed Entry Form along with the relevant Annexures. Entries may either be send through post/courier/in person or softcopy may be send on the festival email id cecvideocomp[at]gmail[dot]com through google drive. If the entries are send through post, the envelop should be inscribed in bold “Entry for 27th CEC-UGC Educational Film Festival”and the category of the entry.
