Introduction
Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC) annually organizes Educational Film Festival to nurture, encourage and recognize the excellence in educational video program production in its Media Centres, other educational institutions, individual producers / directors and media houses in the country. The journey started in the year 1988 and since then the journey continues. The Festival is open for national and international participation wherein Universities, Academic Institutions, Educational Institutions, Private Institutions and individual producers / directors of educational programs within and outside the country may send their entries.
