Introduction
Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC) annually organizes Educational Video Festival to nurture, encourage and recognize the excellence in educational video program production in its Media Centres, other educational institutions, individual producers / directors and media houses in the country. The journey started in the year 1988 and since then the journey continues. The Festival is open for national and international participation wherein Universities, Academic Institutions, Educational Institutions, Private Institutions and individual producers / directors of educational programs within and outside the country may send their entries.

Tentative Dates:
(i) Last date for entries to reach CEC – 28th February, 2023
(ii) Last date for scrutiny of entries – 05th March, 2023
(iii) Screening by panel of Jury – 07th March, 2023
(iv) Public Screening of Awarded / selected entries – To be decided

Documents to be enclosed with Entry Form:
• Entry form duly filled in (Please use separate form for each entry)
• Program DVD / Pen Drive / Upload softcopy to festival email id through Google Drive (for preview purpose)
• Producer’s or Director’s Brief Bio-Data with Photograph
• Synopsis of the program (maximum 150 words)
• 2 – 3 still photographs of the program(s) being entered in the Festival.
